Does Fitness SF have childcare?
The challenges of parenthood are endless—I know you parents out there are busy balancing family, work, and personal commitments. What does that often leave out? Finding time for fitness.
Well, fellow parents: here's my advice for the ultimate game changer: A gym with childcare. It's truly a win-win for the entire family—I get a chance to break a sweat for an hour-ish, and my little one gets to mingle and play.
What about Fitness SF?
Nope! Sorry, there is no childcare or daycare services at Fitness SF.
If you're a busy parent and want a gym to workout at, and rely on expert hands to watch your kids... You'll have to find another location. No Fitness SF gyms offer it.

Why doesn't Fitness SF have childcare?
We're not quite sure. We're digging in and will do our best to get some answers for ya! Here's what we have said about childcare when looking at other gym chains:
- Unknown demand. We don't know if it's something that is wanted by Valley Fitness members.
- It would raise monthly members prices. Maintaining a childcare program requires staff, training and equipment.
Will they have childcare in the future?
We don't think so. Sure, they could take a drastic turn from their well established business plan... that would require a significant change in who they are, and how much they charge. We suggest finding a different place to relax in a sauna.
