So, what about Valley Fitness? Are they open 24-hours-a-day?
Nope, sorry. Not a single Valley Fitness location has all night long hours. We're tracking all 15 of their locations in the Central Valley of California and zero of them are open 24/7.
Will Valley Fitness get all night hours?
Good question, but we're not sure unfortunately. Our best guess is that 24/7 hours isn't on the horizon for them to add. Their focus lies with their group training (bootcamp), along with standard amenities like weights and cardio. We believe that because you also won't see basketball, tanning or steam rooms at their clubs. Bottom line is that this chain isn't one with a gigantic offering—all-night hours included.
Why isn't Valley Fitness open 24 hours a day?

While the exact times will differ for every location, the most common opening hours we've seen are:
- Monday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Tuesday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Wednesday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Thursday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Friday: 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pretty standard opening times during the entire week. They do close earlier than we'd like to see on weekends though.
Final words with Valley Fitness
Unfortunately, not one Valley Fitness location has all-you-can-lift-late-night-hours. We're also not too surprised by this—the focus of this local chain really lies with their standard amenities (weights & cardio), plus their group training bootcamp. With that said, we don't think 24/7 hours will come in the future.
Hours of operation at most locations include a good 5:00 AM open and respectable 11:00 PM close. This may be just enough for their members.
