Is Onelife open 24 hours a day?

Sorry! Onelife Fitness doesn't offer a 24/7 workout option. Of their 46 locations, not one has extended hours into the night.

We're big fans of what Onelife brings to the table. With a gigantic amenity set that includes saunas, pools, childcare, basketball, pickleball and more—we're just purely selfish in saying that some of these should be enjoyed in the middle of the night. 

But in all seriousness, a gym chain that has the capacity to manage and maintain all the above, certainly can do it for 24/7 hours. That makes us think it's possible they'll get it in the future—but again we don't have any inside info.

Managing a gym that is open all night long comes with a ton challenges. A combo of these things will help guide the gym chain to determine if the location should be open or not. Some issues that we've seen:

• Is the city/county "OK" with the hours? Smaller locales have stricter rules.
• What safety requirements are needed to maintain a gym in case something goes wrong? Certain equipment (usually plate-loaded Olympic lifting platforms) may need staff on hand at all times.
• Is there enough demand from the members to attend in the middle of the night?
• Does the gym have enough staffing/resources to support all-night-hours?

Any one of these things may have changed, or had Onelife Fitness say it isn't worth it. 

Good question. We're not sure unfortunately. Especially with larger gym chains, we may have insider info to go off of. Or signs that they're testing new amenities (with 1-2 locations open all night) may signal an upcoming upgrade/change. Not in this case with Onelife, sorry! 

The exact opening hours for each location is different, but the most common we've seen:

• Monday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• Tuesday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• Wednesday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• Thursday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• Friday: 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Sunday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Mostly standard hours for Onelife across the board. We do like the later 8:00 PM closure on the weekends—other chains sometimes shut their doors at 7:00 PM.

No Onelife Fitness locations are open all-night-long. It's a bit surprising to us, since a few full service gym chains offer it. With an extensive list of amenities, nearly everything is available at Onelife—except 24/7 hours. Our fingers are crossed that it gets added to their stellar overall offering, but that's pure speculation and selfishness.

Members at Onelife may not even want/need the extended hours anyway, their early 5:00 AM and late 11:00 PM operating hours may prove to be enough.
